Liquid-cooled induction heater designed for heating, releasing, and disassembling steel and aluminum parts. Power 5200 W, adjustable in 500 W steps. Heats metal up to ~800 °C, making it ideal for both bodywork and mechanical applications.
Removes seized components, straightens bent frames (except HLE steel), and detaches stickers, emblems, seals, and glass without damaging surrounding surfaces.
Suitable for repairing minor body dents while preserving paint finish.
Mechanical inductors allow easy removal of glow plugs, wiper arms, steering joints, hub nuts, and exhaust systems.
Flameless heating ensures safe operation near cables or pipes.
A 3 m induction cable and pneumatic foot pedal provide comfortable handling.
The liquid cooling system ensures stable performance during continuous operation.
