How many days does delivery take?
• If the item is in stock, delivery takes 1–3 working days.
• If the item is a special order, delivery time may take up to 1 month.

Do you provide equipment installation and setup?
• Yes, we can arrange installation and initial setup of the equipment.
• Before installation, we check site readiness: electrical connections, floor strength, ventilation requirements, and other conditions.
If you are not sure whether your premises are suitable for installation – BADS specialists will assess and advise you.
What are the floor requirements for four-post or scissor lifts?
• Reinforced concrete of adequate thickness and strength is recommended, according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Before installation, we assess surface level, cracks, and underground utilities.

Do you help with workshop equipment layout?
• Yes, we can prepare an optimal equipment layout plan based on your workshop drawings.

What are the maintenance intervals for lifts?
• Regular inspections are recommended every 6–12 months.
• During inspections, oil, cables, synchronization, and safety locks are checked.

Do you perform calibration and testing of wheel alignment systems?
• Yes, we provide calibration and regular testing of wheel alignment systems.
• We use manufacturer-approved methods and tools (alignment heads, targets, stands).

Do you provide training for diagnostic tools and AC stations?
• Yes, we organize introductory and advanced training according to manufacturer programs.

Can I try or test your diagnostic equipment?

Do you provide information about refrigerant or freon quantities for vehicles or machinery?
• We do not provide this information, as refrigerant quantities depend on the specific vehicle and manufacturer’s data.
