RAVTD6000TB.3 – portable CCD wheel aligner RAV.TD600.702036, Ravaglioli

Mobile CCD wheel aligner designed for heavy-duty vehicles such as trucks, buses, trailers, and motorhomes. The compact system is stored in two rugged IP67 wheeled cases and includes 6 low-profile CCD sensors, 3-point STDA92 clamps, cylinder adapters, and a 12″ Windows tablet with drop protection, IP65 rating, and wireless connectivity.
Infrared communication is used between measuring heads and Bluetooth connects to the tablet, enabling fast and precise multi-axle alignment. The software supports guided workflows, automatic report generation, and access to a multi-brand vehicle database. The transport cases are chemical- and temperature-resistant (–33 °C to +90 °C), fully made in Italy, and designed for workshop mobility.
