GP3.150S is an advanced microprocessor-controlled wheel balancer designed for precise and fast balancing in professional car workshops. This model is built to meet the demands of intensive use, combining high measurement accuracy, automated features, and a smart control system.
The unit is equipped with a large 22-inch LCD display and an intuitive graphical user interface. The automatic system reads key wheel parameters—distance to the rim, diameter, and width—reducing operation time and eliminating the risk of human error. The pneumatic quick-lock system allows for fast and secure wheel clamping in just a few moves.
An integrated LED lighting system illuminates the work area, while a laser pointer precisely indicates the 6 o'clock weight positioning spot for balancing. The Eco-Weight function optimizes weight distribution, reducing lead usage while maintaining efficiency. The software automatically selects the appropriate weight placement mode—for steel or alloy rims, with adhesive or clip-on weights.
A key feature is the rim deformation analysis: the machine automatically detects whether a rim is bent and identifies even minor irregularities that may cause vibrations or uneven tire wear.
The GP3.150S is compatible with the TEq-Link system, allowing balancing reports to be saved, printed, or emailed to customers. It also supports remote updates and diagnostics. An internal data storage system enables quick access to recently balanced wheels.
