The filters we use in the machine are filters that will not need to be changed, we will wash them and reuse them if they are dirty.
- The heater in the machine can heat up to 200 degrees.
- We can include all the language options we want on our plc screen.
- The daily or monthly filter cleaning capacity of the machine depends on the customer. While you can wash a very dirty filter in an average of 30-45 minutes, you can wash a less dirty filter in 15-30 minutes. It completely depends on the dirtiness of the product being washed.
- The detergent we use in the machine is powder. Before washing each filter, add 150 grams to the filter and fill it with hot water. After waiting 2-3 minutes, you can connect the pipe and wash by pressing the automatic wash button.
- The water capacity of the machine is 250 liters.
- We use an Italian brand ebara pump in our machine.
- Due to the blowing system, we have a dryer function.
- Our machine has a before and after test. When the filter is first connected and flushed, the applied pressure and millibars can be compared and seen.
- You can machine wash any type of filter. (car, truck, bus...)
