Electrical vehicle functional Educational Trainer (AE02)

The AE02 Electric Vehicle Training Car is based on the Nissan Leaf II model and designed for teaching electric vehicle system diagnostics. The unit allows practical analysis of the motor, high-voltage battery, ABS, climate control, airbag, and braking systems. Open contacts and wiring diagrams in two electronic systems provide an opportunity to study electrical circuits in detail.

The car features an integrated fault code simulation system – 10 faults in the vehicle control module and 10 in the climate control module – which can be activated remotely using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. All components are original (OEM), allowing students to work with real vehicle systems and monitor parameters via the OBD II connector. The fault simulation is integrated into the vehicle’s control system, ensuring safe and efficient training.
