This training unit features a sectioned model of a heavy-duty automatic transmission designed for technical and vocational education. It includes key components such as a torque converter with lock-up clutch, hydrodynamic retarder, rotating and fixed-position multi-disc clutches and brakes, and an oil cooler with oil-water exchanger.
The gearbox is manually operated via a crank handle, allowing real-time observation of gear shifting, torque flow, and braking mechanisms. Integrated electro-valves demonstrate the interaction between hydraulic and electronic control systems.
Mounted on a mobile stand, it’s ideal for classroom demonstrations, offering hands-on experience and a clear view of internal components.
