Emulation wiring, featuring a ground-triggered PWM power generator function, for controlling inductive electromechanical loads (solenoids, injectors, etc.). Protection on the positive supply terminal (+12V direct from battery) via a 20A in-line fuse. Test function for direct-injection, indirect-injection, LPG and coil-type diesel petrol injectors. Using the dedicated software, the following tests can be carried out: leak test, automatic or manual flow rate test, flushing, descaling, and spray angle assessment. Technical specifications: F = activation frequency variable from 1 Hz to 1000 Hz; d.f. = variable duty factor/cycle (1% – 99%). V = 12 V; 30 A Typical applications: This type of wiring can be used both on the vehicle and on a test bench; its function is to generate a PWM power signal to activate electromechanical components and test their correct operation.
