Return / exchange of defective goods

If the reason for returning or exchanging the goods is inadequate quality, bads.lt undertakes, at its own expense, to replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of adequate quality or to refund the money paid for the goods. Goods of inadequate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the „Retail Trade Rules“ approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001 (as amended by Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 22 July 2014).

Return / exchange of quality goods

Goods of adequate quality are returned in accordance with the „Retail Trade Rules“ approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001 (as amended by Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 22 July 2014). In this case, the cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer.

Conditions for returning goods

• The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, must not have lost its marketable appearance (this does not apply when returning defective goods) and must be complete.

• The returned item must be undamaged and unused.

• It is also necessary to provide the proof of purchase of the item and all documentation that came with the item.

• In the case of returning goods, money for the services provided (transport, loading works, etc.) is not refunded.

The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning goods set out in this article.
