IBS Automatic Parts Washer MINI 60 (2129903, IBS SCHERER)

Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. For removing oil and grease contamination in the shortest possible time. Universally applicable for fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, maintenance, e.g. bolts, sleeves, ball bearings.

The soiled items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the appliance is switched on and the washing solution is heated in the tank. When the appliance is closed, the basket rotates around its own axis at a constant speed. The pump units draw the wash liquor from the wash tank and convey it through 6 stainless steel nozzle pipes with overlapping flat jet nozzles. The items to be cleaned are intensively blasted with hot suds from all sides while the basket, which is driven by a jet stream, rotates evenly. Once the cleaning process is complete, the appliance switches off automatically.
